How to update your inverter details during onboarding

If you realise that you have signed up with incorrect device details and are not yet enrolled, you can now update your device details via the Amber app.

Please follow these steps to provide your correct inverter details for enrolment.

  1. Open Amber app devices tab
  2. Head to "View device details"
  3. Tap "Update device details"
  4. Re-enter correct details in the form
  5. We will then continue the onboarding process. No need to reach out to us. :)

If you have multiple devices that are awaiting onboarding, you can select the device you want to update at the top of the screen by clicking on the drop-down.
