How do I join SmartShift?

If you are new to Amber simply visit www.amber.com.au/signup.

Once you’ve signed up for Amber as your energy retailer, you will need to provide us with a few key details about your battery and/or solar system. 
After we get those details, we will enrol those devices and you can start taking advantage of solar and battery optimisation.

Please note: This can take up to 10 business days from the time when you provide us with your system's details, depending on your solar and battery brand.

 

If you are already an Amber customer, simply head to the 'Devices' tab in the Amber app to start the enrolment process!
