Once you’ve signed up for Amber as your energy retailer, you will need to provide us with a few key battery details so we can enrol your battery and you can start taking advantage of battery optimisation.
Please note: This can take up to 10 business days from the time when you provide us with your battery’s serial number, depending on your battery brand.
If you are already an Amber customer, simply head to the devices tab in your app to start the battery enrolment process!
