If you've received a negative bill, no need to worry - it's actually a good thing! Simply put, a negative bill means that your bill is in credit, well done!
Most commonly, this occurs when credits from your solar exports are greater than your usage costs, however it can also occur if you've overpaid in a previous billing cycle, received a refund, or if a credit (such as a promotional discount or government rebate) has been applied to your account.
Your balance will automatically be rolled over to the next month and will be used to cover any bills going forward unless you'd like it to be refunded.
