How do I cancel my transfer to Amber?

If you've signed up to Amber but want to cancel your transfer / switch, you should let us know within 10 business days. Here's how you can do it: 

  • Reply to the e-mail 'Welcome to Amber'
  • Write an e-mail in to info@amber.com.au or 

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Confirm your cancellation request
