If you've signed up to Amber but want to cancel your transfer / switch, you should let us know within 10 business days. Here's how you can do it:
- Reply to the e-mail 'Welcome to Amber'
- Write an e-mail in to info@amber.com.au
Please include the following information in your e-mail:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Confirm your cancellation request
There is a 10 business day cooling-off period in case you decide Amber isn't for you. If you decide to cancel the transfer within this period, please ensure you do not sign up with another retailer until the transfer back is complete. If you sign up for another retailer in the meantime, you will be billed by Amber for the period you were with us.
