We have BPAY available to all customers - whether it's to pay a bill, or to pay an instalment of your payment plan. Note: BPAY payments can take 2-3 business days to process so make sure to pay before your instalment due dates.
There are 2 ways to find our BPAY details - 1) in your latest bill, or 2) in the Amber app!
1) BPAY details on your latest bill
Check your latest bill for the BPAY Biller code and the unique reference number
2) Via the Amber App
Step 1: Click on the 'Bills' tab and select Payment Options in the top corner
Step 2: Select Make a BPAY in the Payment Options tab
Step 3: Find your amount owed, the BPAY Biller Code and Payment Reference number
