If you have a smart meter or interval meter, you can view your detailed historical data by heading to this page here: https://app.amber.com.au/usage/.
You can export up to 3 months of your past usage data by logging into Amber on your desktop and clicking 'export usage data' on the usage tab. Once you export your usage data, you'll be sent an email with a CSV file with some tips on how to interpret the data we've shared with you.
Please note that this function can only export your past 3 months of data. If you require up to 12 months' worth of data, please contact us directly at info@amber.com.au to request an export file of the data.
If you have a basic meter, your meter does not read data on 30min increments, so accurate historical data may not be available. Similarly, interval meters are read every 3 months by a technician from your network, so the availability of the data will depend on when your meter was last read.

the amber app has stopped working since 7/3/24
I have been trying to download my historic data but regardless of the data range I put in the files that are emailed to me only go back as far as 15/2/2024.
I am trying to develop a spreadsheet to model savings if I add in a battery but I need the historic live prices. Can someone have a look at this and let me know if this error can be rectified?
