How can I view my usage if I want to see historical data (from over 30 days ago)?

If you have a smart meter or interval meter, you can view your detailed historical data by heading to this page here: https://app.amber.com.au/usage/.

 

You can customise the date range of the data and export it as well. Once you export your usage data, you'll be sent an email with a CSV. file with some tips on how to interpret the data we've shared with you.

 

Please note that this function can export up to usage data from 3 months ago. If you require up to 12 months worth of data, please contact us directly on info@amber.com.au to request an export file of the data.

 

If you have a basic meter, your meter does not read data on 30min increments, so accurate historical data may not be available. Similarly, interval meters are read every 3 months by a technician from your network, so the availability of the data will depend on when your meter was last read.

  • I have been trying to download my historic data but regardless of the data range I put in the files that are emailed to me only go back as far as 15/2/2024.
    I am trying to develop a spreadsheet to model savings if I add in a battery but I need the historic live prices. Can someone have a look at this and let me know if this error can be rectified?
