Can I join Amber if I'm on an embedded network?

Follow

Some buildings use what's called an embedded network. This is where the building owner buys electricity from a retailer and then on-sells it to tenants. Because you don't have a direct relationship with a retailer, you can't switch providers, which means you won't be able to join Amber.

Not sure if you're on an embedded network?

Living in an apartment building doesn't automatically mean you're on one. If you're unsure, send us an old electricity bill using the support button below and we'll check for you.
