What does the 'Data error' message mean on my on Usage tab?

If you are seeing a 'Data error' message on the Usage page in the Amber App, there could be two reasons:

  1. You may be in your cooling-off period or your transfer over to Amber from your previous retailer is still ongoing. If you have signed up to Amber within the 10 most recent business days then this will be the case.
  2. If not, there may be some data retrieval issues which Amber will be aware of and be working hard to resolve. If this is the case, we'll be working hard to resolve this ASAP and you should see this in a few days. Your usage data will still be recorded in the background so there's no need to worry!
