How do I change, view or update my details?

You can change, view or update your email address, phone number and payment method using the Amber app!

To change your email address and / or phone number:

Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' tab and click Change account details

Step 2: Change your Email or Phone Number by selecting either option

To change your payment method:

Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' tab, scroll down and click View & update payment details

Step 2: Click on Update payment details

Step 3: Update your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, or Direct Debit)
