You can change, view or update your email address, phone number and payment method for each Amber account using the Amber app!
Please ensure you have selected the correct account when updating your details. Updating one account will not automatically update another account's details. You will need to update each account separately.
To change your email address and / or phone number:
Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' tab and click Change account details
Step 2: Change your Email or Phone Number by selecting either option
To change your payment method:
Step 1: Go to the 'Settings' tab, scroll down and click View & update payment details
Step 2: Click on Update payment details
Step 3: Update your preferred payment method (Credit/Debit Card, or Direct Debit)
