Hi. I have 22 solar panels and a 10 kw battery. I’m self sufficient. However I’m still paying for electricity. Please put me on the plan that sells back to the grid at night. I’m
Paying nearly the same amount as before I got the systems. V upset
You are very hard to get information from. I have been hung up
On three times. When I have sent emails re the above some AI. Sends me copies of my bill that I already know about. I was singing your praises but not anymore

Coukd be excellent but seems to have waves of problems.
My nattery discharged 50% one night last week at about 30c. Then there was $20 FiT, no discharge. I looked directly i to my Sungrow inverter and instructed it.
And, have random grid use when plenty of battery and even solar power. Sometimes grid is charging battery when plenty of solar.
About 2 months of emails to Amber, no reply.
Am guessing this forum about as useless too.
If you have a sungrow inverter, I can give work instruction on how to instruct discharge and stop it.
Haven't had a daily usage update for a week either. Very frustrating experience.
