I’m having trouble logging in

If you are having trouble logging in, you may be having network connectivity issues. You might see a red bar at the top of the page. If this is the case, check your internet connection, force quit the app and restart it and try again.

If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link in the Amber app and we'll send you a link to reset your password (make sure to check your Junk folder!). 

If you are still experiencing issues, please make sure you have the most recent version of the app downloaded. You can check this via the relevant app store, such as Google Play or Apple App Store.

For any other errors, please contact us using the support button below noting the email address associated with your Amber account, and the error message displayed.
