I can’t see Your Week With Amber in the app. Why?


If you have recently joined Amber and have yet to have a smart meter installed you may not be able to see Your Week With Amber. For non-device customers (customers without a battery) we require at least one week of usage data (from Monday to Sunday) in order to update the report. For battery customers, we require four weeks worth of data. 

If you are not a recent customer, it may also be the case that you need to update your app to the latest version. In this case, head to the App Store or the Google Play store and download and open the latest version of the app.
