Type: Time-of-use
Comments: Seasonal — peak applies in summer (Nov–Mar) and winter (Jun–Aug) only; in the shoulder months (Apr–May and Sep–Oct) all usage is off-peak. Peak 3pm–9pm weekdays and public holidays (in peak seasons); Off-peak all other times. Weekends are all off-peak.
