Does Amber offer any rebates or concessions?

If you hold an eligible concession card, we may be able to claim concessions from the state or federal governments on your behalf. 

• If you're in South Australia, customers will need to apply straight to the South Australian government following the link here - https://www.sa.gov.au/topics/care-and-support/concessions
• For all other customers, if you didn't provide your concession details on signup and want to add / update your concession details, please send an e-mail to info@amber.com.au with a photo of your concession card and your request
