How do I update my payment details?

We have a new feature in the app that will allow you to update your own payment details (and view your existing details too). You will find this feature in the Settings tab, just underneath your address. If you don't see the Payment Details section, ensure that you have the latest version from the app/play store.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the payment details to be updated in the app.

 

Alternatively, you can give our phone number a call on 1800 531 907 and press Option 3 to get a direct line to someone from the team (during business hours) to update your bank details or credit card details. 

If you aren't able to get a hold of someone from our team on the phone line, you can send an email to info@amberelectric.com.au to let us know a convenient time to give you a call back during our business hours Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5:30 pm.

  • Would it be easier for all concerned to have payment methods able to be updated online or in the app like practically every other company? Emailing credit card details is inherently unsafe.

  • If you need to update your payment details, we have a dedicated phone line open during business hours to do so. If you'd like to give us a call on 1800 531 907, and press '3', you will be able to update these details securely with one of our team members.
